Terms of Service

1. What MUPI does

MUPI buys neglected or run-down houses, renovates them, and resells them. We pay a referral reward of $500–$2,000 to people whose property tip leads to a purchase we close.

2. Submitting a tip

By submitting photos, an address, or GPS coordinates, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share the photos you upload. Do not submit content that violates anyone's rights or local laws.

3. Reward eligibility

Rewards are paid only if MUPI actually purchases the property you submitted. The first person to submit a property is the eligible referrer. Payment is made on the closing date of the purchase. MUPI is under no obligation to buy any submitted property.

4. No real-estate agency relationship

Submitting a tip does not create a brokerage, agency, or partnership relationship between you and MUPI. You are not acting as a licensed real-estate agent by submitting a tip.

5. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break it, or submit fraudulent or automated submissions. We may remove submissions and block users who do.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
